I am Orrin – fire of the sky

Published March 17, 2014 by Michelle Dennis - Author

Orrin I am Orrin. I am the oldest living dragon and I am protector of the kingdom. I have been told that my name means ‘little green one’ in Gaelic terms, but in dragon lore it means ‘fire of the sky’.  I am green, but I can assure you, I am not little.

I have been entrusted to collect William from the place we hid him. The place only a dragon can take you to, and bring you back from. I hope I haven’t given him too much dragon breath, we’ll be at the cave soon and we’ve got a lot to tell him! This mission will either be the greatest victory I have ever seen or one of the saddest times of my life. Our queen waits for us to rescue her, our kingdom waits for William and Thomas to restore it to its former glory and the horses wait to be reunited with their masters. And King Wolfgang is finally going to get what he deserves!

Okay, we’re here… I have a lot of explaining to do, so I must go now.
